Hey Trent, I have been building for a year now and I can't beat Fan Fold Foam as a building material. It is light, glueable, cheap, bendable, paintable, ...I make airframes, control surfaces, motor mounts,...I have 3 planes made entirely of the stuff, plus a few bamboo skewers. What about using FFF to make a KF airfoil for your easy star. OR for the NOVA? Thanks. DJ

DJ: FFF KF airfoils work great. I've used them many times before with no regrets or bad exeperiences. Likeyou said, make sure to add something to keep the wings strong, like carbon fiber rods or even wodden dowels. I've also heard you can get fiberglass arrow shafts for pretty cheap that work great as well.
