Or any type of system that you would use I have not researched the actual hardware for FPV very deeply yet. Tech changes constantly and I want to concentrate on flying skills rather than seeing gear. After learning to fly my quadrotor well, FPV would come later (that depends on how many crashes I have <grin>). The Hobbywireless site you provided is a US based company so they will be more likely to sell US approved hardware to US customers. The ISM bands are not used the same all over the world so it is important to get the right gear for the country you live in.
